Design
and Buy-In - An initial discussion to define the specific
outcomes most beneficial to the leader and their organization.
Assessment
- The implementation and evaluation of any assessments (360, MBTI,
EQI, etc.) or other input that might be deemed beneficial to the
process. As required.
Coaching
- The accountability of bi-weekly coaching calls with the
leader to
advance the working agenda and develop the
leadership competencies, (so that they can step into their most natural,
effective leadership style.) Included in this phase will be any
necessary leadership curriculum required to increase the client's
knowledge and overall effectiveness. Our coaches
are familiar with the state of the art in leadership development and
can assist clients:
