Design and Buy-In - An initial discussion to define the specific outcomes most beneficial to the leader and their organization.
Assessment - The implementation and evaluation of any assessments (360, MBTI, EQI, etc.) or other input that might be deemed beneficial to the process. As required.
Coaching - The accountability of bi-weekly coaching calls with the leader to advance the working agenda and develop the leadership competencies, (so that they can step into their most natural, effective leadership style.) Included in this phase will be any necessary leadership curriculum required to increase the client's knowledge and overall effectiveness.
