Steve is a Master Coach with over 25 years of business experience. As a CEO, Steve has led and conducted business all over the world.  As an entrepreneur he has started 5 companies and taken 2 through IPO.  Internationally renown as a top executive and leadership coach, he served as the 2005 President of the International Coach Federation.

In his current role as a business, executive and leadership strategist, he applies his "real-world" expertise and intuitive wisdom to help his clients (from individuals to Fortune 500 companies) achieve transformational solutions. He also teaches leadership, emotional intelligence and coaching skills to some of the world's most accomplished executives.

By helping leaders quickly discern the core issues behind their business and personal plateaus, Steve helps them grow themselves and their people to achieve powerful, lasting and satisfying results.

Personally, Steve has been married to his high-school sweetie Laurie for 25 years.  Together they are the proud parents of three beautiful young women. 


OUR TEAM

Catherine Hind, CPCC

Memberships: Catherine is a member of the International Coach Federation and is an active member of the Vancouver, Canada Chapter.  She is also a member of Coach Training Institute community.

Background: Prior to coaching Catherine was a lead trainer for an international airline and operated a number of successful businesses. Catherine has significant experience coaching clients in finance, resort communities, development companies, and biotechnology and high-tech industries. She also, leads seminars focused on the development of Leadership and Team competency in an interactive and memorable learning experience using horses!  In addition to Coaching and training, Catherine is experienced in successfully setting up and managing large scale organizational coaching initiatives.

Training: Catherine has received the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation with the Coaches Training institute and studied conflict resolution at the Justice Institute.  She has a certificate of Corporate Coaching and Leadership Development with InnerWorks Solutions and is certified by EAGALA, Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association for human performance.

Specialty: Catherine has the unique ability to create a safe environment for her clients to push the edges and explore beyond their limitations. She is known for her compassion, sincerity and insight; she inspires, encourages and energizes her clients to excel.  In her work with senior executives, emerging leaders and their organizations she specializes in leadership development from the “inside out” that delivers lasting results both personally and professionally.


Katie Bennett, HBA, CPCC

Memberships: An active member of the International Coach Federation, serving in the past on the board of the Vancouver Chapter in the role of President. Also a member of the Coaches Training Institute Community. 

Background: Prior to coaching, Katie spent 11 years developing a career in Advertising in both Toronto and Vancouver, rising to the senior management position of Group Account Director. Her career involved managing the client relationship for the agency, strategic planning, developing the agency vision, employee supervision and training, new business development and project management and her account experience included both national and international brands. 

Training: Katie has completed the advanced courses and certification with the Coaches Training Institute, one of the top coaching schools accredited by the International Coach Federation. She is committed to on-going coaching learning and has completed courses in Corporate Coaching and an Advanced Coaching Intensive lead by some of the master coaches in North America. She also has an honors degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. 

Specialty: Katie has been coaching for the past 6 years, and is incredibly passionate about her work and the powerful results it brings to her clients. Katie brings a unique blend of positive energy, inspiration and laser insight to all of her clients who are challenged to raise the bar on what they want for their lives, their careers and their organizations. Katie’s work focuses primarily on working with senior executives to bring out their own inner leadership, so that they can effectively reach their goals and dreams, and also effectively lead others. 


Lynn Matlock Hicks, BBA, MSOD, CPCC 

Memberships: ICF, OD Network, Association for Psychological Type 
Training: CTI, Master’s of Science degree in Organization Development, Myers-Briggs, Various 360-degree feedback instruments, Emotional Intelligence.

Background: 18-year prior corporate background in management including financial reporting, marketing, regulatory affairs, business and strategy development, and organization development. She began her career as a CPA in audit for the public accounting firm, KPMG. Independent coaching and consulting experience for clients in large corporations in various industries including oil and gas, chemicals, high tech, health care, and financial services.

Specialty: Lynn partners with senior leaders to identify challenge areas, expand their leadership capabilities, and tap deep sources of motivation within the organization which lead to breakthrough business results. She specializes in gender communication and work style dynamics, helping individuals understand differences and leverage them for competitive advantage in business.


Martha Hahn, MS, SES, CPCC, ACC

Memberships: International Coach Federation, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Intermountain West Joint Venture, Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility, Federal Executive Institute, Grand Canyon Trust, Friends of Flagstaff's Future.

Training: Coaches Training Institute, Center for Right Relationships, Federal Executive Institute, US Office of Personnel Management, US Bureau of Land Management, US National Park Service.
Background: 25 years in federal land management: planner, management assistant, resource area manager, associate state director; 7 years in federal Senior Executive Service: Idaho Director, US Bureau of Land Management; 4 years in non-profit, conservation: vice president and associate director; 3.5 years in coaching and consulting business: president.

Specialty: I specialize in working with business and non-profit leaders who want more from themselves and their work...emerging leaders transitioning into the executive arena...and groups or teams in an organizational system that desire change or conflict resolve. My work can be either in person or over the phone, and can be done individually, with two people, or in groups as large as 25-30 people.
